FIRST RIDDEN

                

These classes are to encourage "green" ponies/horses and/or "green" riders.

The onus is on the owner/rider to decide if they are capable of competing in "Open"

(Walk/Trot/Canter) events.

First Ridden/Walk Trot Classes are ENCOURAGE ONLY. 

Junior Riders must be 17 years or under on the day of the show.

First Ridden Ponies must be 14hh or under.

Pony must be ridden in a snaffle bridle.

Once Rider has competed in "Open" Classes they are no longer eligible for First Ridden events.

Rider/Horse combinations must attend a minimum of 2 events to qualify for the end of year Trophies.

The Committees decision on placings is final.
 

WALK/TROT

Walk/Trot Classes are ENCOURAGE ONLY.

Senior Riders must be 18 years and over on the day of the show.

Senior Riders may only compete on a hack over 14h.

Hack must be ridden in a snaffle bridle.

Once Rider has competed in "Open" Classes they are no longer eligible for Walk/Trot events.

Rider/Horse combinations must attend a minimum of 2 events to qualify for the end of year Trophies.

The Committees decision on placings is final.
